What’s been happening:

Hi: Since leaving my appointment as Deputy Minister of Higher Education in Alberta I was chosen CEO of the Saskatoon Board of Education. During that time I was elected as President of The Canadian Education Association. Since my official retirement, I have spent ten years in Management Consulting in Sri Lanka, Lebanon, India, Pakistan,Jamaica and Slovakia, under the auspices of the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the Inter American Development Bank, and the Canadian International Development Agency. I now enjoy traveling with my wife Helen (to 51 countries) and spending time with our four grandchildren in Toronto and Edmonton. Golfing has now become a high priority. While I was earning my Ph.D. Helen earned her P.H.T from the President at Penn State. We still have many fond memories of our years in State College and the friends we made there. Ray Fast
